Payment Terms

All payments made through Atlantic LED are processed securely via Authorize.NET. Atlantic LED does not have access to your credit card or financial information — all transactions are encrypted and handled exclusively by Authorize.net in full compliance with PCI DSS and other industry-leading security standards. Payment is required at the time of purchase, and we accept all major credit cards and payment methods supported by Authorize.net. If your payment cannot be processed or is declined, your order will not be completed.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping charges, estimated delivery times, and available shipping methods will be outlined during checkout. While we strive to fulfill orders promptly and deliver within estimated timeframes, Atlantic LED cannot guarantee delivery dates due to possible delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, or unforeseen events. Responsibility for the safe arrival of products transfers to the buyer upon shipment. Tracking information will be provided when available. Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be reported according to our Returns Policy.

Returns and Refunds
