At Atlantic LED Inc., we take pride in providing high-quality LED lighting products and accessories. To maintain fair and consistent service for all customers, we have established the following return policy:
No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than a verified manufacturer’s defect.
Manufacturer’s Defects
If you believe your product has a manufacturer’s defect, please contact Atlantic LED Inc. Support within 14 days of receiving your order. Our team will review your claim and may request photos or additional details to assist with the evaluation.
Return Authorization Required
No returns will be accepted without prior approval from Atlantic LED Inc. support. Any unauthorized returns will be refused or returned to sender at the customer’s expense.
Approved Returns
If a return is approved due to a verified manufacturer’s defect:

The item must be in its original packaging and unused condition.

A Return Authorization Number (RMA) will be provided by our support team.
